MY STORY Kidney Stones to Masters in Food Nutrition & Health

Until i got health issues like pre diabetics, Kidney stones, I was thinking i am eating healthy Food. After changing my eating habits, I have seen immense improvements not only in weight management but also in my overall health. We currently live in a world where lifestyle diseases are impacting upon our physical and mental health, my goal to become a nutritionist is inspired by the fact that I believe everyone can lead a full and healthy life by focusing on the facts about nutrition With a health care crisis on our hands, it is important for us to make healthy living accessible to everyone. I believe that by teaching people, in a simple and practical way, how to make good health a part of their everyday life they will be able to improve their health and thus, the quality of their lives. My goal is to be able to watch my clients obtain their health goals through the combinations of different diets and managing Macro and micronutrients for optimal health.

My Background is Engineering in Computer Science, moved to Canada working as a VFX Supervisor, but after knowing the importance of Food, Nutrition and improving my health, i like to help my people in India and improve their health. I am so sad that India is capital of Diabetic and people over there never give importance to the Nutrients in their food what they are eating. People are getting heart attacks in there 30’s and most of the people ignore the importance of exercise, by eating wrong food we are getting lots of auto immunize disease People with less immunity power are suffering a lot in this covid pandemic situations

After completing Nutrition related courses and Masters in Food Nutrition & Health, I also keep up with current trends, studies, and diets in the world of both fitness and nutrition, as someone who loves to constantly learn new things.
